Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to Simply Massage the Wellness Center and our clients we require at 48 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance, full charge for "no-shows". *No Refunds*
Payment
Payment is due upon therapist's arrival. Simply Massage the Wellness Center accepts ZELLE or Cash
~Fee schedule includes travel, set up and gratuity.
Professional Boundaries
Simply Massage the Wellness Center adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. If client/therapist relationship be compromised in any way, the session will end immediately and FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE!
Space must be conducive for MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY. Free of interruption and distractions
