Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to Simply Massage the Wellness Center and our clients we require at 48 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance, full charge for "no-shows". *No Refunds*
Payment
Payment is due at time of scheduling the appointment. Simply Massage the Wellness Center accepts ZELLE 708.250.8807 registered to Simply Massage.
~Fee schedule includes travel, set up and gratuity.
Professional Boundaries
Simply Massage the Wellness Center adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. If client/therapist relationship be compromised in any way, the session will end immediately.
